I was given a blog link to a woman who is evaluating Betty Crocker Gluten Free Brownie, Cookie and Cake mixes. They look yummy! I can't wait to find them here. I hope they are relatively toxin free and inexpensive. That will be key for me to buy them.
Check them out!

When does this come out!!!
ReplyDeleteI have no idea. I know as much as you do from that blog.
ReplyDeleteYikes, i sure hope they have quality ingredients, they have so many artifical things in their regular mixes, they set off asthma attacks in me! Really! We did find some awesome GF mixes here, as well as some organic pudding, which made me so happy, the girls loved their pudding, and I finally was able to have some again, after almost 6 years of being pudding free. LOL
ReplyDeleteWow...wonder if they'll ever be available in Canada?
ReplyDeleteAh we are from Saginaw-Midland area..in other words Freeland! Nice to meet a fellow Michiganite (or Michiganer)! I love GR, use to go there in my college days (I went to the "THE U"- U of M)..
ReplyDeleteI hope the ingredients are better than their average boxes too. If not then I will stick with Bob's Red Mill and Gluten Free Pantry. Most people who are gluten free are choosy about the ingredients too because of the multiple chemical issues.
ReplyDeleteBaking Beauties - I contacted BC and asked what the scoop was with them releasing it. We'll see if they give me more info.
